Quality Control
High quality project managers and a team of professional interviewers are fundamentals of a market research company. Without a team of stable and high quality freelance force, the research company, without doubt, is an ‘empty shell’.
Joshua Research has rich experience in supervision and has worked with numerous large, MNCs. Our interviewers are equipped with at least one year of experience.
Currently, Joshua research has a stable freelance workforce of about 250 interviewers. Joshua Research requires all interviewers to possess good language capabilities in Mandarin and/or the local dialect. Adding on, Joshua Research will provide an all-rounded training (i.e. research topics, and interviewing techniques etc.) for these interviewers.
Prior to project commencement, all interviewers will have to attend a compulsory project briefing, which will include role play; these interviewers will only be allow to participate in the project, if they meet the expectations and requirements expected of them.
During fieldwork, our interviewers will be monitored closely either through on-site or telephone monitoring. For projects in various cities, Joshua Research will engage professionals to monitor the interviewers. All data will be 100% edited. On top of these, Joshua Research also perform ‘quality control’ (QC) in the headquarters, by randomly selecting surveys to perform secondary quality control.
